My Coffee Mug

Techniques I used that I have never used before were using slabs for the entirety of it and making the glaze look like it was dripping. One of the techniques I incorporated was braiding the handle. I also added texture by etching branch-like pieces around the bottom of the mug. I did glaze my mug; I used two different colors. I coated the top of the mug in Seafoam green to fill the space and make it look as if it was melting. The inside was glazed with Stroke 'n' Coat, Down To Earth, because they are non-toxic and it wouldn't be harmful to drink out of it. I really liked it when it was all done, and I thought it was a success.
